Unfortunately, anchor text and URL placement are determined by the journalist or editor. We can't request specific keywords or placement styles. However, your brand will typically be linked naturally — often via your company name, your spokesperson's name, or your homepage URL. In some cases, publications may use descriptive anchor text (like a service or product mention), but this depends entirely on the editorial style of each outlet.

All story content is created by the Digital PR team. They specialize in crafting pitch-worthy content using: • Unique data insights • Expert commentary • Trending topics and current events • Compelling narratives aligned with your industry These stories are written with media audiences in mind and are designed to increase your chances of getting picked up by reputable publications.

Depending on your campaign size, we'll create 1–12 story angles tailored to generate media interest. These typically fall into two categories: • Data-Driven Stories: We may run unique surveys, analyze publicly available data, or compile reports that present new insights — with your brand credited as the source. • Expert Commentary: We may position your spokesperson as a subject-matter expert on trending topics or industry-specific news. If media opportunities are limited within your exact niche, we'll expand into adjacent areas (e.g., from "accounting software" to "small business trends") to improve the odds of pickup — without compromising brand integrity.

Our main goal is maximum reach on high-authority sites. While we aim for topical alignment with your niche, coverage may sometimes appear in broader contexts (e.g., general business, lifestyle, or finance) to secure the strongest placements. The brand mention will still be relevant, well-positioned, and credible — even if the overall article isn't hyper-focused on your industry. This approach is intentional and optimized for PR success.

Due to the pace and editorial control of the digital PR world, we don’t offer pre-approval of every pitch or article. However, all content is written in a neutral or positive tone and avoids sensitive topics like politics, religion, or controversy. Our stories are crafted to reflect positively on your brand — and we aim for relevance and professionalism in every placement. You’re always welcome to let us know if there’s a topic or angle you’d prefer we avoid.

While we do our best to secure coverage on respected sites, we can’t guarantee or restrict where stories are published. Once content is picked up and live, we typically can’t remove it unless there’s a legal or ethical concern. That said, if there’s ever a legitimate issue with a placement, we’ll do our best to contact the publisher. Please note, some coverage may also be syndicated — meaning it’s picked up automatically by other sites. This expands your reach but is beyond our control editorially.

Digital PR links are typically a mix of dofollow and nofollow, depending on the publication. While dofollow links pass SEO authority, nofollow links can still provide significant value, including: • Referral traffic • Brand visibility • Trust signals for Google We do aim to include follow links in every campaign, but it's ultimately up to the editorial policies of each media outlet.

Most media links are evergreen and will remain live indefinitely. However, as websites update their content or undergo changes, some links may be altered or removed over time. If any link disappears within 12 months of your campaign and causes your total number of live links to drop below the minimum, we will either replace it with a new placement or offer a refund for that link — your choice.

If for any reason we're unable to meet the guaranteed number of placements within the agreed timeframe (typically 6–8 weeks), we'll keep pitching new stories at no additional cost until the total is met. If we ultimately can't hit the minimum after extended efforts, you'll receive a full refund for the missing placements — no questions asked.
