Partners earn a flat 75% of the first month's retainer. On a $6,000 contract, that is a $4,500 payout.
Commissions are paid 14 days after the client's first invoice clears, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
We specialize in high-LTV industries such as Legal, SaaS, eCommerce, Enterprise Level Accounts, Home Services, and more, with a minimum monthly spend of $2,500.
Relationship Disclosure: Participation in the RedSEO Partner Program does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture. Partners operate as independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses.
Payout Eligibility: To be eligible for commission, the Partner must be registered in the RedSEO system prior to the initial introduction. Commissions are only paid on new clients who have not previously engaged with or been pitched by RedSEO.
Payment Terms: Commissions are triggered 14 days after RedSEO has received and cleared the client's first full monthly payment. If a client cancels or initiates a chargeback within the first 30 days, RedSEO reserves the right to withhold or recoup the commission.
Tax Documentation: For payouts exceeding $600 in a calendar year, U.S.-based partners will be required to provide a completed Form W-9 before payments are issued.
No Spam Policy: Partners must adhere to professional outreach standards. Any use of "spammy" tactics, unsolicited cold-emailing at scale, or misrepresentation of RedSEO services will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Program Changes: RedSEO reserves the right to modify commission percentages or program terms at any time; however, any leads already "in the pipeline" at the time of a change will be honored at the original rate.
