When you fill out a contact form, request a proposal, subscribe to communications, or sign a service agreement, we may collect:

Information from clients during engagements
If you become a RedSEO client, we may also receive read or write access to analytics, search console, advertising, content management, and similar accounts you authorize us to manage. We use this access strictly for the work scoped in your agreement.

- Deliver, manage, and improve our SEO services
- Send invoices and process payments
- Send service-related emails (onboarding, reports, updates, scheduling)

RedSEO is based in the United States, and our data is processed here. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country with different data protection laws than yours. By using the Site or our services, you consent to this transfer.
12Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, take additional steps to notify you (such as posting a notice on the Site or emailing active clients).
